After the construction drawings are reviewed with you and approved, the drawings are finalized in an official format.  The plans contain detailed drawings and specifications based upon your approved design and include all current building code and safety requirements. 

The drawings have all the information, specifications and calculations necessary to obtain competitve bids from outside contractors and are ready for filing with the local town Building Department for permits and legalization.
